I made this a few months ago, and I had the WORST time finding polenta! The stores around here don’t carry it anymore, so I went to the DeReuze market, and they only had a bag of it,dry, so I made the whole 1 gallon batch, and froze the extra. (it wasn’t as good as yours at ALL!!!) Todd and Riley wouldn’t go near it so I was eating it for a week.
If dinner looks that good it’s not too hard to become the most interesting thing of the day. Damn, now I am hungry.
