Yesterday we rode a choo-choo train. Devin was thrilled. Daddy was silly. I was cold. But it was ever so fun. And the kiddo managed to capture this moment on “film.” I guess it’s time to get him his own camera.

I hope you don’t mind my answering your email this way as I can read my email on my sidekick from work but they block all email servers on the network at work, have class tonight and won’t hit my own home pc today. So I got your msg and your book recommendation and joyfully I own this book….I bought it on a whim one day and believe me when I say book recommendations are ALWAYS welcomed and this one just got moved to the top of the stack. My bookclub is currently working on “Running with Scissors, The Kite Runner and lastly “A Simple Plan by Scott Smith” per my request. So we’re reading 3 books. However, I’m halfway through Running…and honestly it takes me about 6 hours to read a novel. So, when I do have a day free I get a lot of reading done. I’ve also started to read during my lunch breaks at work. I’ve shoved your recommended book to the top of my must reads. I appreciate your suggestions always. Never hesitate.
No problem, Kristy! Our bookclub read the first two (although I skipped Kite Runner…wasn’t in the mood for some reason). But very funny about that 3rd book since my husband’s name is in the title. Is that one good? I may have to read it just for that reason. 🙂
Oh, wait…that’s not in the title, that’s the author. Uh, duh! (Smacks forehead.)
🙂 funny…
