A simple, yet delicious, backyard spread
I haven’t felt like cooking at all since I was discharged from hospital hell. I ate very little while incarcerated and my appetite took a while to get back up to speed once I returned home. It’s back to normal now, but cooking has just not been appealing. Luckily Scott’s a good cook. In fact, he’s the one who influenced me to become more handy in the kitchen. And last night he grilled up a lovely meal, complete with a feta-topped salad that really hit the spot. Today, though, I promised I’d get back into the swing so I have to come up with something low-maintenance but yummy for dinner. Wish me luck!
