I’m not a fan of whipping up stuff out of a box (or a packet in this case), but when company’s coming and there just wasn’t enough time to make a proper cheesecake, Chocolate Eclair Cheesecake Mix will just have to do.

maybe: We didn’t end up serving it. Our company had already eaten dinner. I was just being prepared as I guess a good host is supposed to. But Scott sure liked it! We have extra if you want some…and cheese and crackers too.
