That’s what Scott dubbed it. Because we dropped the kiddo off at Grandma’s on Friday and I’ll be picking him up this afternoon.

In the interim, we took a little jaunt to the Leelenau Peninsula and Traverse City. I like road trips, but I don’t like cramming activities into a few hours. I’d prefer, instead, to have a hotel room for the night. But the drive was actually not so bad. And I had pretty good company for that. So it was a nice adventure.

I think my favorite part was this little beach in Leland.
